Rogers Group locations have been nationally recognized for their community relations programs and site beautification efforts.

Many employees take active roles in community organizations and events (including athletic leagues, county fairs, Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the United Way).  In 2008, Rogers Group donated over 2,500 work-hours to community service projects across five states.

Quarries partner with local schools offering tours and classroom lesson plans and materials to enrich existing curriculum on earth science and engineering.

 Financial donations are made regularly to schools and community organizations and projects.

Rogers Group employees work closely with city planners and public works officials to provide assistance in evaluating needs for storm drainage and other public utilities.
