Tim Gorman has been promoted to vice president of RGI’s Arkansas market area.
Tim has over 20 years of experience in the construction and aggregate industries. In 1991, Tim joined RGI as an assistant project engineer in the company’s bridge division in Knoxville, Tennessee. Over the next several years, Tim worked his way through different management position such as engineer, construction estimator and area controller. In 1999, Tim relocated to Bloomington, Indiana, to become the manager of RGI’s central Indiana construction teams. Since 2002, Tim has managed RGI’s construction and asphalt operations in southeast Tennessee, while simultaneously serving in various management development roles supervising mining and quality control.
Central division vice president and general manager Darin Matson said, “We are excited about Tim’s new position. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee and a master’s degree in civil engineering-construction management from Vanderbilt University.
